Shu G. Momose is from Nagano, Japan.
Since his first visit to the U.S. in 1990, he has studied film and cinematography in Japan and the U.S.. After graduating from university, he worked as a news and documentary videographer based in New York, and participated in TV news coverage such as the 9/11 terrorist attacks and other events in the United States.
He has also shot independent films, and in 2004, he moved his base of activities to Japan, where he worked on “Chromatie High – The Movie”(2005) debuted as a commercial feature film cameraman. He is currently working as a cinematographer and camera operator for movies, TV series, TV/Web commercials, corporate videos, drone aerial photography, etc.
